This is one bet that we won.
Intralot, a Greek multinational, wanted to reinvent its on-line presence in Italy by creating a revolutionary site. The result became a lesson for the industry.

The objective was a difficult one: reducing the cost of transforming casual navigators into power clients. Based on both a national and international benchmark, we designed an exciting and high-performance site. It was up to us not lose even one prospect, and to make playing and betting as easy as possible. The site has been applauded by clients and experts alike, winning the Mediastars Award 2010 for the best e-commerce site and best software development.

Eye tracking Analisys

A vast number of usability tests were conducted, utilizing samples of the population and eye-tracking analysis technologies.

We also conducted a detailed study of over 100 national and international sites to examine the dynamics of user registration.

One-click Betting.

The tab visor on the Home Page allows navigators to rapidly comprehend and bet on the contents of the entire Intralot world in a single click. Communication is hierarchically organized in horizontal bands, studied based on user attention to media.

The site further evolved in 2010, applying the same information structure model to the group’s other sites.

dnsee also managed Intralot’s corporate communications. Based on the same structure, we implemented a colour overhaul, passing from the negative – more emotional, to the positive, set against a white background, and more suitable to institutional communications.

Emotion and Rationality

The site is rational in its distribution of the contents of each page, and emotional in terms of its colours and the insertion of iconic elements. The tree minimizes the number of clicks necessary for the most important functions: from registration to betting.
